You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription fees are billed monthly on the date you initially subscribed, processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase for existing subscribers. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes imposed by any governmental authority in connection with your use of our Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@wolve.io or +1 678-990-7630. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
You agree NOT to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to transmit spam, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to harass or harm any individual, to reverse engineer any part of our platform, or to resell access without our written consent.
All content, features, and functionality of the Wolve.io platform are owned by Wolve LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services during your subscription. You retain ownership of all data you upload or create using our Services.
Our Services integrate with GoHighLevel and Stripe. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results including leads generated, appointments booked, or revenue earned.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolve LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolve LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia per the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to class action.
We may update these Terms at any time with notice via email or our website. Continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Wolve LLC provides refunds. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to this policy.
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged during the free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charges incurred.

We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to info@wolve.io. We will respond within 5 business days.
The first month's fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Subsequent months are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the period.
Full refund of $1,500 if cancelled within 48 hours of payment before any work has started.
$1,200 refund (20% retained by Wolve LLC).
$750 refund (50% retained by Wolve LLC).
$375 refund (75% retained by Wolve LLC).
No refund.
Includes up to 5 revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur fees agreed upon before work proceeds.

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and suspend accounts where chargebacks are filed without prior contact.
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.
